I am an experienced Educator, with 7 years of experience teaching babies, toddlers, and preschool children across the requirements for development on the national curriculum - EYFS. 

I offer educational interventions at home 1 - 4 hours sessions for Babies, Toddlers and Preschool children, based on creation of resources, storytelling, home materials, art workshops, physical activity (indoors and outdoors).

I base my practice on the HighScope Approach to Learning where these are the main principles to early education:

  • Autonomy
  • Independence
  • Deciding and choosing 
  • Child-led play 

 

Advantages of educational babysitting at home:

  1. Children have the opportunity to be creative, confident and engage in purposeful play. 
  2. Children develop creativity, personal and social skills.
  3. Children develop language and literacy skills.
